Month 10-12 Character Challenge + Project
The 75 hard challenge is a mental toughness program where every day you must do two 45-minute workouts, one of them must be outside, drink 1 gallon of water, be on a diet, take a progress picture of yourself every day, read 10 pages of educational/self-help book, and no alcohol (but for me no soda).
